PBA are calculated on a yearly basis to ensures a strong alignment between performance and resource allocation. 

The performance assessment and debt sustainability rating guide each year’s PBA allocation process, without having an impact on PBAs established in previous years.

Minimum allocation of UA 15 million per country/cycle (i.e yearly UA 5 million).
